Wavepoint-3p is hiring experienced Material Handlers to join our warehouse team in Niagara Falls, NY. This role focuses on forklift operations, order picking, and inventory accuracy, ensuring safe and efficient material flow.

You will use RF scanners, load and unload materials, verify quantities and shipping documents, and adhere to safety procedures. Prior forklift experience is required and ability to lift 10–60 lbs. English literacy is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior forklift experience — MUST be listed on your resume.
• RF scanner/warehouse technology experience.
• Strong attendance and safety focus.
• Ability to lift 10–60 lbs.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures.
• Ability to speak, read, and understand English sufficiently to follow work and safety instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down & stand-up forklifts.
• Use RF scanners to pick, move, stage & track products.
• Load, unload, stack & stage materials.
• Pick customer orders accurately.
• Verify quantities, lot numbers & shipping documents.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and product locations.
• Follow all safety procedures.
