Qualifications

• Forklift experience required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to read and interpret job orders.
• Able to listen and communicate effectively with coworkers, customers and management.
• Able to apply basic math to verify job orders.
• Able to read a standard or metric tape measure.
• Self-motivated with ability to make independent judgments.
• Able to define problems and draw valid conclusions.
• Able to interpret multiple tasks or instructions.

Responsibilities

• Support the supply chain by loading, shipping, and receiving warehouse products.
• Operate equipment to optimize loading/unloading for logistics.
• Assist with various warehouse functions to maintain operations.
• Read and interpret job orders to ensure correct processing.
• Meet daily performance expectations set by the supervisor.
• Adhere to attendance and maintain a reliable schedule.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Perform additional tasks to support warehouse operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and productive work environment.
