Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a warehouse associate in Warrendale, PA. This role handles storage, movement, and control of inbound/outbound goods, ensuring accurate inventory and safe forklift operation.

Interviews will be in-person. Shift: Sunday–Friday, 5:30pm start, about 9–10 hours, with schedules subject to client needs. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3 years warehouse experience.
• 2-3 years experience with stand-up forklift and riding pallet jack.
• Basic knowledge of fresh produce preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners and returns functions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and put away inbound produce.
• Ensure FIFO and proper rotation.
• Operate powered equipment safely.
• Keep pallets clear and remove used pallets as needed.
• Clean and sanitize work area.
• Account for received product.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Max Pay $25.00Shift: Sunday-Friday (off Saturday and one day during the week) 5:30pm- until work is done (about 9-10 hours roughly) - all schedules are subject to change with Client needs

Responsible for the storage and movement of materials and finished goods including:

• Shipping & Receiving Warehousing Order Filling, Picking, and Packing
• Inventory Control & Records Management
• Dispatch
• Developing transport schedules, methods, and routes
• Analyzing and projecting transportation costs
• Coordinating customs clearances and permits
• Maintaining, loading, packing and driving vehicles
• Evaluating, selecting, and managing ongoing relationships with external transport providers (e.g., fuel suppliers, trucking/shipping companies, etc.)
• Acquiring and managing fleet vehicles

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for putting away inbound produce.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receives and puts away all inbound produce.
• Ensures product is put away in proper rotation (FIFO).
• Safe operation of powered industrial equipment.
• Ensures selection slots are properly stocked with the product always keeps pallets free from tape, wrap or wires and remove empty pallets as needed.
• Responsible for the cleaning and sanitation of the work area.
• Accounting for the received product.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Prefer High School or GED
• 3 years experience in a warehouse.
• 2-3 years experience of proficiently utilizing a stand‑up forklift and riding pallet jack preferred.
• Basic knowledge of fresh produce preferred.
• Experience in replenishment, cycling of product, RF (radio frequency) scanners and other returns related functions preferred.

SKILLS

• Must have strong reading, writing, and be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Ability to perform work assignments at an acceptable productivity level.
• Able to effectively communicate and interact with others in a professional manner.

PHYSICAL DEMAND

• Stand for extended periods, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, squat, turn the body, and walk.
• Lift and move cases (selecting a product and placing on a pallet) ranging in weight up to 75 lbs continuously to and from heights ranging from floor to knee, waist, shoulder, and overhead.
• Use hands and fingers to peel and stick labels on cases.
• Handle and feel objects and/or equipment controls; reach with hands and arms.
• Must have the ability to talk and hear; must be able to hear warning horns on moving machinery and equipment.
• Specific vision abilities required to perform this job include close and distance vision, depth perception, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Must exhibit a high level of endurance, energy, and strength to successfully perform the position.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Must be able to work in confined spaces.
