Job summary

Kenco Logistics is hiring a Forklift Operator to safely operate Powered Industrial Equipment and move, load, unload, and stack products to meet shipping and receiving demands. You will follow safety procedures and complete paperwork while using inventory systems as needed.

Requirements include at least two years of forklift experience, a valid license, a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to pass background and drug screening, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum forklift operating experience.
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or able to obtain a forklift license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Pass background and drug screen.
• Basic computer skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment to move products or materials for distribution.
• Load, unload, and store products and/or materials.
• Stack and transport materials to designated areas.
• Use equipment to scan product and print labels.
• Complete paperwork and operate inventory management systems as needed.
• Ensure product rotation procedures are followed.
• Complete cycle counts as required.
• Perform daily safety inspections per forklift safety checklist.
• Maintain readiness for SQFI, FDA, and customer inspections.
• Communicate and report incidents to supervisor.
• May perform housekeeping duties.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
