Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Forklift Operator II to move, load, and unload assets throughout the facility using forklifts and pallet jacks. You will secure outbound loads, update SAP/CONA via handhelds, and support reliable delivery operations in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

This role emphasizes safety, accurate documentation, and efficiency. Candidates should have switcher operation certification and CDL where required; logistics experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Switcher operation certification required.
• CDL Class A is required where applicable.
• Experience in logistics or warehouse environment preferred.
• Knowledge of truck and trailer loading strategies and weight distribution.

Responsibilities

• Move and position vending and equipment using forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Load and unload trailers; secure outbound loads and attach required documents.
• Update SAP and CONA systems via handhelds for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Inspect and maintain safety and housekeeping; perform pre/post-trip checks.
• Operate switcher to maneuver 53' trailers to docks.
• Assist with staging equipment and yard maintenance as needed.
