The ideal candidate has at least one year of forklift experience, understands RF systems, and can work onsite in a dynamic environment that requires attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating stand-up forklift.
• Ability to pass forklift certification annually.
• Proficient with RF systems and basic computing.
• Strong math and measurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Staging orders and preparing loads for loading.
• Loading trucks and verifying shipments.
• Receiving packaging, ingredients, and finished goods.
• Production support and inventory reconciliation.
• Troubleshooting inventory issues and adjusting locations.
• Maintaining warehouse safety and equipment checks.
• Deck supply support and tote storage compliance.
• FSMA compliance.
