Job summary

Xpedient Logistics is seeking a full-time Warehouse/ Forklift Operator in Reno, NV. The role involves loading and unloading pallets, picking, staging, and preparing goods for shipment using powered equipment. You will maintain inventory accuracy and perform daily equipment inspections.

Requirements include 6+ months of forklift/warehouse experience, ability to lift 20–45 lb repeatedly, and passing a forklift skills test. OSHA standards must be followed in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Must pass Forklift Driving Skills test.
• Able to lift cases weighing 20–45 pounds repeatedly.
• 18 years or older.
• Experience in high-speed manufacturing environments.
• Able to operate forklift and stack pallets safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to load/unload pallets and move product to storage locations.
• Pick and stage orders, and prepare product for shipment with accurate counts.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by keeping records and reports.
• Perform daily inspection of equipment and report any issues.
• Follow OSHA and MSDS safety standards and procedures.
• Assist in physical inventories and keep a clean, orderly warehouse.
