Job summary

Mohawk Industries is seeking a forklift operator to move finished goods within the warehouse, load trailers, and support packaging and storage activities. You will follow RF unit instructions, adhere to safety rules, and collaborate with the DC team to ensure timely distribution of products across our facilities.

This role requires the ability to operate a sit-down forklift, perform basic math, and work effectively as part of a team in an industrial environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalency required.
• 6+ months forklift experience preferred.
• Successful completion of all required on-the-job training.
• Must be able to operate a computer.
• Good oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down forklift to move materials between packaging, loading, processing, and storage areas.
• Follow onboard RF unit instructions and safety rules.
• Assist in loading trailers and unloading shuttles.
• Maintain housekeeping in the outfeed area and support stock variance resolution.
• Communicate needs to office staff for direct loading program requirements.
