Job summary

Surge is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator II to join our busy warehouse team in Las Vegas. This role focuses on safely operating material handling equipment to move, store, stage, load, and unload products throughout the facility.

Responsibilities include pre-operation inspections, RF scanning, inventory checks, and accurate order picking. High attention to detail and basic math and Excel skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Forklift/warehouse experience required.
• Must be able to obtain NFI forklift certification.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic math and Excel skills encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment per procedures.
• Perform pre-operation inspections.
• Stack/store merchandise in designated racks.
• Unload inbound shipments and move products to storage.
• Pull, stage, and prepare products for outbound shipment.
• Verify product types and quantities for accurate loads.
• Perform order picking accurately.
• Move products from staging to trailers.
• Use RF scanning to track inventory.
• Assist with physical and cycle counts.
• Maintain proper product rotation.
