Job summary

W.C. Bradley Co. is seeking a Material Handler II to support daily receiving, storing and shipping of materials using forklifts with advanced attachments. The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, use of a Warehouse Management System, and strict safety standards.

Responsibilities include operating various forklift attachments, loading/unloading, order pulling, reporting discrepancies, and RF-terminal usage. Candidates should have forklift certification and warehouse experience.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years operations experience in a warehouse environment in lieu of coursework.
• Experience using multiple forklift attachments (Squeeze, slip-sheet, drexels and double-reach). Forklift certified.

Responsibilities

• Routinely operates forklifts with attachments other than blades (e.g. Squeeze, Slip-sheet).
• Maintain working knowledge of warehouse layout and location identification.
• Report shipping/receiving discrepancies.
• Operate a Radio Frequency Terminal (RFT).
• Load and unload products and materials.
• Pull product, stock and stage for order fills.
• Pull orders for shipment and verify specifications.
• Inspect equipment for maintenance and safety; keep area clean.
