Zebra is hiring a Forklift Operator II at our Kenosha, WI facility for a 2nd shift role. You will operate forklifts, perform shipping/receiving tasks, and use ERP and RF scanning to fulfill orders while maintaining inventory accuracy. Strong adherence to safety and PPE protocols is essential.

Responsible for operating power industrial truck to transport material within the facility. The role routinely uses standard warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, forklifts, and computers.**This is a 2nd Shift position. M-F 3:45pm-12:15am****Pay: $21.00 per hour, plus $1.00 shift differential** **Essential Duties and Responsibilities*** Performs quality checks on outbound and inbound shipments* Picks and stages orders for shipping* Load, unload, put away, stack, and stage product and materials using a forklift or other power equipment* Executes ERP system transactions on outbound and inbound shipments* Learns to use handheld RF scanners and Warehouse Management System to fulfill orders* Maintains inventory accuracy* Handles and controls hazardous material on both inbound and outbound* Complies with 5S safety, housekeeping practices, and regulations* Completes all required safety training and follows protocol in all risk situations* Uses Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) appropriate to tasks at hand* Certification on powered industrial trucks sit down, dock stocker and powered pallet jacks* Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to forklift operation* Capable of standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods* Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry items up to 40 pounds* Performs activities to evaluate and maintain equipment* Performs other duties as assigned **Job Requirements*** Education: High school diploma or GED preferred but not required* Work Experience: Less than 1 year of proven experience as a forklift operator in a warehouse setting or similar environment**Key Skills and Competencies*** Proficiency in operating industrial forklifts and other warehouse equipment including stand up reach, sit down order picker, and pallet jack* Possess Full knowledge of all function within own area* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals* Experience with RF equipment for transporting, receiving and loading functions**Equal Opportunity Employer:**Zebra is an equal opportunity employer.
