The Forklift Operator II is responsible for operating material handling equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise within a warehouse environment. The Operator ensures safe and efficient operation of multiple types of forklift equipment and may also perform order filler or order checker duties as needed, while maintaining productivity, accuracy, and adherence to safety procedures. Employees in this position must spend fifty percent or more of their work time operating these forklifts as part of their core job duties.
The base hourly pay rate for this posting is between $24.40 hour . The base hourly pay range is a guideline to provide our employees with market competitive pay, while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance and tenure. The range listed is just one component of NFI's total compensation package for employees.
