Job summary

Kenco Group in Alabama is seeking a Forklift Operator to support shipping and receiving by safely moving products with powered industrial equipment. You will operate standard sit-down or stand-up forklifts, clamp, and picker equipment as part of a team focused on safety and efficiency.

You will load/unload, scan, and label products, perform routine inventory tasks, and adhere to rotation procedures and cycle counts while maintaining a safe, clean work environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of forklift operating experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Pass Background and Drug screen.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment to move products for distribution (sit-down/stand-up forklifts, clamp, and picker).
• Load, unload, and store products and/or materials.
• Stack and transport materials to designated areas.
• Scan products and print labels; complete paperwork and inventory records.
• Follow product rotation procedures and perform cycle counts.
• Conduct daily forklift safety inspections and maintain inspection readiness.
