Job summary

Niagara Bottling in Fontana, CA is hiring a Forklift Operator I to safely move materials, load and unload trucks, and pull pallets from production lines using a WMS system.

You will maintain inventory integrity, participate in preventative maintenance, and follow all safety policies. This role requires forklift certification and the ability to operate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• The proven ability to safely operate a sit down motorized forklift.
• The ability to navigate within a WMS system.
• Experience in field or similar manufacturing environment (optional).
• Associate's degree preferred may be considered with related experience.

Responsibilities

• Move levers and pedals to drive truck and control lifting apparatus.
• Unload and stack material; secure pallets for transport.
• Plan supply and material requirements according to production schedule.
• Maintain inventory and report discrepancies.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot breakdowns.
• Document movements of materials and finished goods.
