UFP Thornton, LLC is seeking a Forklift Operator I to move material between inventory and production and maintain accurate paperwork. The role supports production schedules by supplying materials when needed and maintaining orderly inventory yards.
The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent), be at least 18, and complete forklift licensing. Experience is not required, but forklift driving experience and basic math skills are preferred.
Forklift Operator I is responsible for the movement of material from inventory to production and back to inventory. Maintains correct paperwork and production records as required. Provides production departments with material from inventory according to production schedule.
Hourly/Salary Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.00 an hour dependent on experience* *pay range may be adjusted depending on cost of living
Incentive pay may be available for certain job roles and may include piece rate incentives, weekly production bonuses, trip rates, and employee referral bonuses. A discretionary annual bonus based on Company and business unit performance may also be provided.
