UFP Industries, Inc. seeks a Forklift Operator I (Retail) on the 1st shift in Thornton, CA to move material between inventory and production. You will maintain paperwork, support production schedules, and keep yards organized.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9th grade education; HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Forklift driving experience preferred.
• Basic math skills and inventory techniques preferred.
• Must complete forklift driver licensing process.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Move material between inventory, production, and finished goods.
• Band, wrap, label, and pack finished goods.
• Assist production with bottlenecks and material needs.
• Maintain inventory yard organization and cleanliness.
• Complete production records and pre-shift checklists.
• Follow forklift policies and participate in safety programs.
