Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated in Salisbury seeks a Forklift Operator I to safely build pallets, unload inbound goods, and load outbound shipments across the warehouse. You will travel the pick area to retrieve products per a pick ticket while maintaining safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

Responsibilities include pallet building, unloading and loading, replenishment to pick areas, and keeping the work area clean in a noisy, non-climate controlled environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of work experience
• PIT certification preferred: Pallet Jack, Single Forklift, Double Forklift, Scrubber
• Able to read and interpret computer screen instructions

Responsibilities

• Build pallets by placing product on pallets safely and stably
• Unload inbound product and deposit items to storage areas
• Load outbound product onto trailers at loading docks
• Replenish product to pick/vertique mezzanine areas
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
