Job summary

ProAmpac Holdings, Inc. in Monroe, OH is seeking a Warehouse Associate I for 1st shift (7am to 3:30pm). You will operate a forklift, move and stage items, and ensure accurate put-away with strict attention to safety and detail.

The role requires reading orders, validating receipts in the ERP system, and maintaining FIFO stock rotation in a fast-paced environment. HS diploma or GED, forklift experience, and overtime availability are required.

Qualifications

• Must possess either a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have forklift experience with internal training where applicable (1 year preferred).
• Detail oriented with strong organization and time management skills.
• Willing to train in other areas of the plant and work overtime on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift safely to move, pick, and store materials per orders.
• Read production and customer orders to determine items to be moved or picked.
• Ensure inventory accuracy; validate receipts in ERP against packing slips.
• Rotate stock using FIFO and maintain clean, organized warehouse areas.
• Follow safety policies and cooperate with supervision and leads.
• Support multiple duties and be flexible to shift needs.
