NFI is seeking a dependable Forklift Operator I to join our North Carolina warehouse team. You will operate forklift and related equipment to move, store, and prepare products, while ensuring safety and accuracy in all tasks.
Responsibilities include loading/unloading shipments, performing pre-operation checks, and supporting inventory control with RF scanning and routine counts. This role emphasizes accuracy, efficiency, and customer-service mindset in a fast-paced environment.
The Forklift Operator I is responsible for operating material handling equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise within the warehouse. The Operator ensures the safe and efficient use of forklifts and may also perform order filler or order checker duties as needed, while maintaining productivity, accuracy, and adherence to safety procedures.
