UFP Industries, Inc is seeking a Forklift Operator I to move material from inventory to production and back, maintaining paperwork and production records according to schedule.
The role involves transporting materials between stations, wrapping and labeling goods, and assisting with bottlenecks while keeping accurate inventory records. Candidates must be at least 18 and complete forklift licensing.
Forklift Operator I is responsible for the movement of material from inventory to production and back to inventory. Maintains correct paperwork and production records as required. Provides production departments with material from inventory according to production schedule.
Hourly/Salary Pay Range: $40,000 - $60,000 annually dependent on experience*
pay range may be adjusted depending on cost of living
Bonus/Incentive Pay (appropriate item below would be inserted based on the job):
1. For sales positions: The percentage of incentive compensation that may be earned varies based on the customer account classification and is calculated based on collected gross profit.
2. For salaried bonus positions: Annual performance bonus opportunity based on Company and specific business unit ROI and PBOP achievement criteria and individual job responsibility and performance.
3. For hourly positions with incentive pay: Incentive pay may be available for certain job roles and may include piece rate incentives, weekly production bonuses, and trip rate bonuses. A discretionary annual bonus based on Company and business unit performance may also be provided.
