Job summary

Maersk Warehousing and Distribution USA LLC is hiring for forklift/equipment operators to move products within our warehouses. Roles require operating manual handling equipment with proper external accreditation and a willingness to work the assigned shifts.

Positions include typical titles such as forklift operator and MHE operator. We offer shift options across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts with full benefits and competitive pay.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing manifest to pull route, stage freight, and assist Drivers to load and unload trucks
• Material handling may include picking, packing, scanning, kitting, counting products and other duties
• Must ensure timeliness, packaging, and systems work is completed accurately
• Identifying and annotating overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D)
• Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklift, pallet jacks
• Read and follow detailed instructions in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure safe and secure work environment including TSA and OSHA guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned.

1st shift 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM Monday - Friday 2nd shift 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM Tues-Saturday 3rd shift 8:00 PM -4:30 AM Tues-Saturday

Summary

Role focuses on movement of products throughout the warehouse using various types of Material Handling equipment. Role requires the skills and experience to operate/drive manual handling equipment in accordance with local legislation. These roles will mostly require an externally accredited qualification/license. Typical titles include Forklift operator, Equipment Operator, MHE Operator

Pay Range

$23.00 - $24.00 per hour *The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
