Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator to load, unload, move, stack and stage products for shipment to stores. The role emphasizes safe forklift operation, daily equipment maintenance, and maintaining a clean warehouse environment.

The position requires 2–5 years of experience, fluent English, and a proactive, customer-service mindset. Certification is preferred, and the job offers hourly pay in a busy warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of recent work experience.
• Read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Self-starter with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Detail oriented and highly organized.
• Class IV or Class V forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments to and from trailers and/or containers safely.
• Efficiently stack and store merchandise in designated areas.
• Transport product to and from designated areas as directed.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment accurately as scheduled.
• Operate equipment safely and follow prescribed methods.
• Maintain a clean, orderly warehouse and loading areas.
• Inspect and perform minor maintenance on forklift and equipment daily.
• Participate in safety training and OSHA/MSDS procedures.
