Job summary

ALPLA Group in Wisconsin seeks a warehouse associate to support shipping, receiving, and production readiness in a fast-paced facility. You will help ensure on-time deliveries and accurate records while maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Performs duties with safety as a priority, operates forklift equipment, and adheres to all PPE and safety rules. You will contribute to quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement within ALPLA’s sustainable packaging operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in general warehousing, manufacturing or distribution preferred.
• Experience with Forklift/Clamp Truck machinery preferred.
• Safety awareness and quality consciousness.

Responsibilities

• Part of customer service to ensure shipping on time.
• Preparing finished product to ship to customer, adhering to quality and quantity standards.
• Following warehouse receiving and shipping procedures and accurately recording materials.
• Ensures good housekeeping within the warehouse.
• Adheres to safety practices and uses PPE; communicates unsafe conditions and follows golden safety rules.
