Qualifications

• Knowledge of inventory (FIFO) procedures.
• Ability to read and comprehend operational work instructions.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds overhead as needed.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work necessary overtime, which may include weekend work.
• Adheres to applicable IATF requirements.

Responsibilities

• Follows operational procedures for activities, such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments and handling and disposition of materials.
• Inspects physical condition of warehouse and equipment and informs supervisor for repairs.
• Ensures forklift truck is safe to operate by checking safety items and completing forklift check sheet at shift start.
• Maintains stock flow to enable production to run and rotate inventory FIFO.
• Supports team objectives and keeps good housekeeping in the plant.
