Job summary

Luttrell Staffing Group in Cleveland, TN is hiring General Labor / Forklift Operator for our partner in Athens, TN. The role pays $16-17 per hour, is full-time with temp-to-hire, and offers weekly pay and insurance options. Shifts are Monday–Friday 7 am–4 pm, with Saturday 8 am–12 pm and one day off during the week.

No screening fees apply. Responsibilities include loading/unloading trucks, operating a forklift and front-end loader, and performing feed mill duties while maintaining a safe work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is desired but not required.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Ability to stand for duration of shift and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to load/unload trucks.
• Move bulk materials with front-end loader as needed.
• Perform feed mill operations including handling and distribution of feed.
• Climb silos to check feed levels and maintain safety.
