Job summary

PowerToFly is seeking a Forklift Operator/Warehouse Operator II in Sparks, Nevada. In this role, you’ll be responsible for operating forklifts, managing inventory, and ensuring the safety of warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have 1 or more years of experience in warehouse settings and must obtain forklift certification.

You will collaborate with team members to maintain workflow and adhere to safety protocols. This position operates Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM and may require overtime based on business needs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Shift/Schedule

This role operates on the 1st shift, with a schedule of Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM.

Onboarding Schedule

To ensure a successful start and seamless integration into the team, this role includes a structured 4-5 day onboarding program, typically scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All new employees are expected to complete this onboarding during their first week.

Job Overview

As a Forklift Operator/Warehouse Operator II, you’ll play a key role in moving, organizing, and tracking materials throughout the warehouse. You’ll operate forklifts and other equipment, support shipping and receiving, and help maintain accurate inventory. You’ll also perform tasks from the Warehouse Operator I role as needed. Your reliability and attention to detail help us deliver the products people love — safely and efficiently.
