Job summary

Mount Franklin Foods is seeking an on-site Forklift Operator in El Paso, TX to move materials and pallets across production and storage areas. You will perform safety checks, maintain cleanliness, and ensure adherence to GMP, food safety and 5S standards while supporting line continuity.

Required are a forklift operator certification and 6–12 months of forklift experience. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and ability to work 2nd shift or weekends may be needed.

Qualifications

• Forklift Operator Certification is required.
• 6–12 months of forklift operating experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial forklift to move materials and pallets.
• Perform safety checks on equipment before use and report any issues.
• Deliver materials to machines and storage areas per work orders.
• Maintain clean work area and follow GMP, safety, and 5S policies.
• Assist with onboarding of new operators as needed.
