Díaz Foods is seeking a Forklift Operator to move pallets in the warehouse, operate powered forklifts, and place products in designated slots. The role requires a mature, positive attitude, ability to follow instructions, and willingness to learn required skills.

You will work in warm and cold conditions, may operate in -10 degree freezer, and must be trained/certified to operate equipment. Schedule may include early/late shifts and weekends depending on needs.

Formación

• Narrow aisle experience required.
• Capable of operating computerized technology.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Work independently or as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation to facility daily.

Responsabilidades

• Putting away product to assigned slots.
• Replenishing pick-slots.
• Maintaining aisles and pick slots clean and free of debris.
• Ensuring all product is scanned to the correct slot location.
• Performing cycle-counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Complying with work and safety rules.
• Meeting assigned production standards.
• Maintaining quality to limit miss-picks, shorts and damages.
• Working independently and in a team environment.
• Being trained and certified to operate required equipment.
• Maintaining a flexible schedule for early/late shifts and weekends.
