Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Forklift Operator in Carlisle, PA. You will move stock, load/unload shipments, and stage products using stand-up or other forklifts. Shifts run Fri–Sun, 5:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a pay rate of $18.45 hourly plus a $0.50 shift premium.

Required: forklift certification within 30 days and at least 6 months warehouse experience. Benefits include health coverage, PTO, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Forklift operator certificate or training within first 30 days
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
• Six months warehouse experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products using forklifts or other equipment
• Move stock within the warehouse and assist in shifting shipments
• Maintain records for inventory accuracy and ensure load counts match
• Operate safely following OSHA guidelines and MSDS standards
• Assist in physical inventories and daily equipment inspections
