Job summary

Deutsche Post DHL is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator to move stock, load and unload shipments, and support inventory accuracy in a fast-paced, safety-focused warehouse environment.

You will operate stand-up, sit-down, or clamp forklifts and electric pallet jacks, ensuring precise loading and adherence to OSHA standards. A strong team ethic and reliable attendance are essential in this on-site role.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification or completion of forklift-training within the first 30 days of employment.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
• Six months warehouse experience, preferred
• Six months forklift operation experience

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products using forklifts or other power equipment during the shift.
• Pull and prepare products for shipment with exact counts and types.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through records and reports.
• Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards and verify load counts for damage or variances.
• Change equipment batteries or LP tanks as needed and monitor power sources.
• Keep equipment and facilities clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist in physical inventories and complete daily equipment inspections.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
