Job summary

Coastal Logistics Group, Inc. is seeking a dependable Forklift Operator to move, store and load materials in our Ladson, SC warehouse. You will operate forklifts (6K–36K) and perform pre-shift inspections, material handling, and shipment preparation.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with potential overtime and weekends. Background check and drug screen are required; equal opportunity employer and safety-focused work environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of forklift experience in a warehouse.
• Familiarity with rigging and block & bracing techniques.
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-use inspections of forklifts at shift start.
• Operate forklifts (6K–36K) to store and remove materials.
• Prepare materials for shipment and ensure proper loading.
• Load, unload, and track materials with accurate records.
• Follow safety policies, including rigging techniques.
• Perform general housekeeping and other duties as needed.
• Assist with other tasks to support the team.
