Job summary

Staffmark in Hebron, KY is hiring a Forklift Operator. The role offers a temp-to-hire path with a $17.50 per hour pay rate and open shifts. You will safely operate forklifts to move materials, verify shipments, and support inventory control in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of forklift experience, current certification, and the ability to work with RF scanners and WMS. This position requires physical tasks and overtime may be available as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older and pass a math assessment.
• Forklift certification is required.
• 2+ years forklift experience preferred in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to pick, load, unload, sort, stage, and transport products.
• Verify inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Use RF scanners and WMS to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report safety concerns.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized and safe.
• Collaborate with team to meet productivity and customer-service goals.
• Handle additional duties as assigned by leadership.
