Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Forklift Operator for its Allentown, PA production facility. You will move materials, stage products, and support manufacturing schedules with a focus on safety and GMP compliance.

Requirements include a High School Diploma/GED and 2+ years of forklift experience in manufacturing or distribution, plus familiarity with WMS. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work 12-hour shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of forklift operation experience in manufacturing or distribution.
• Familiarity with shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations, including WMS.
• Identify material and product defects through visual inspection.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and operate forklifts safely.
• Able to work 12-hour shifts, weekends, and varied shifts.
• Strong English reading/writing/comprehension for operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and related equipment safely in compliance with all safety standards.
• Coordinate receiving, staging, and shipping to support production schedules.
• Verify documentation and inventory transactions.
• Troubleshoot discrepancies between physical inventory and system data.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse operations.
• Maintain GMP compliance and equipment cleanliness.
• Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to resolve operational challenges.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance checks on forklifts and related equipment.
• Report unsafe conditions or equipment issues.
