A2Z Workforce Solutions LLC in the Phoenix area is hiring a Forklift Operator for a fast-paced warehouse. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:00 pm. Pay is $17.00 per hour, weekly.

Must safely operate a sit-down forklift and handle cement products and construction materials. Responsibilities include loading/unloading trucks, staging orders, organizing inventory, and keeping a safe, clean work area. Candidates must lift 50–80+ lbs, pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks, and work

• Ability to lift/move bags weighing 50–80+ lbs regularly.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety.

Responsibilities

• Forklift Operation:Safely operate a sit-down forklift to move, load, unload, stack, and stage cement and construction materials.
• Material Handling: Lift, move, stack, and organize bags of cement and other heavy materials.
• Loading & Unloading: Load customer vehicles and pallets; assist with unloading shipments.
• Inventory Management: Organize products and maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Warehouse Organization: Keep areas clean, organized and safe.
• Safety: Follow all safety procedures; perform daily equipment inspections.
• Order Preparation: Pull and stage customer orders for pickup or delivery.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with staff, drivers and supervisors for efficient material handling.
• Physical Requirements: Regularly lift heavy materials; stand/walk long hours; outdoor/warehouse work.
