Job summary

Pero Family Farms is seeking a Forklift Operator - Packing House to support loading, unloading and moving materials within our Delray Beach facility. This full-time, on-site role reports to the Packing House Manager and requires precise handling of pallets and inventory-friendly practices.

Candidates should have 1+ year of warehouse or forklift experience, safety awareness, and the ability to perform routine equipment checks.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of general work experience.
• 1+ year warehouse/forklift experience.
• Valid OSHA forklift certification preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Excellent coordination and physical condition.
• Good knowledge of industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials using forklift.
• Move goods to and from storage and production areas.
• Ensure loads are secure and pallets are properly stacked.
• Perform daily equipment checks and report repairs.
• Assist with packing and palletizing.
• Maintain safety standards and GMP compliance.
