Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is hiring a Manufacturing Operator for our Texas facility. You will support a team to improve productivity, reduce downtime and waste, and assist all plant floor tasks while adhering to safety rules and 5S standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pass pre-employment background check and drug test.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. and sit/stand as needed.
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Preferred: experience in packaging/manufacturing.
• Certified industrial truck operator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing operations to increase productivity and reduce downtime and waste.
• Assist all jobs on the plant floor as needed.
• Follow all safety rules and lock-out/tag-out procedures.
• Maintain shop and equipment following 5S standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
