Job summary

MBV-Midwest, LLC in Indianapolis, Indiana is seeking a Lift Truck Operator. English proficiency is required; Spanish is a plus. The position is full-time with day and night shifts, and benefits start after the initial eligibility period.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 3 months related experience or equivalent.
• Forklift certification required.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and co-workers.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Load outbound shipments accurately and on time.
• Rack finished goods from production or inbound transfers.
• Train Lift Truck Operators.
• Inspect forklift before and after trips and report condition.
• Maintain GMP compliance and a clean work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and documentation requirements.
• Operate other equipment as needed.
