Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Canal Winchester, OH is hiring a Forklift Operator to move stock within our fast-paced warehouse. You’ll load/unload shipments, operate sit-down and other forklifts, and help maintain accurate inventory during a Monday–Friday night shift.

We offer competitive pay starting at $20.00 per hour plus a $0.75 per hour incentive, comprehensive benefits, 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for training and career advancement.

Qualifications

• Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment
• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
• Six months warehouse experience, preferred
• Six months forklift operation experience

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products using forklifts or power equipment 80% of shift
• Pull and prepare product for shipment ensuring exact counts and types
• Keep records for inventory accuracy
• Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards
• Verify load accuracy and report variances
• Change equipment battery or LP tank and monitor power source
• Maintain clean, organized equipment and area
• Assist in physical inventories
• Complete daily equipment inspections
• Perform other duties as assigned
