Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Forklift Operator in Olive Branch, MS. You will load/unload trucks, pick orders with an RF scanner, and stage pallets for shipment. The role runs 2:00pm–10:00pm, Monday–Friday, with overtime as needed.

Pay starts at $20.35 per hour with a $1.00 hourly shift differential. Required: forklift operator cert or training, at least 6 months warehouse experience preferred; high school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• Forklift operator certification or approved training completed within 30 days of employment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move stock within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling.
• Load and unload shipments; prepare orders for shipment with RF scanner.
• Maintain accuracy of inventory records and reports.
• Follow OSHA/MSDS standards and safety practices.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance tasks.
• Assist in cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Ensure clean, organized work areas and proper pallet wrapping.
