Qualifications

• Requires ability to read and write.
• Must be able to accurately read a tape measure.
• Ability to pass a written exam and physical observation test for an Industrial Truck Permit.
• Ability to adjust to changing job functions.
• Capable of working well with co-workers from different backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Support continuous improvement initiatives of the facility.
• Drive forklift and/or other industrial equipment.
• Adhere to all Powered Industrial Truck program requirements.
• Maintain accurate counts of material loaded/unloaded/moved.
• Operate handheld scan gun to track material movement and location.
• Load and unload trucks; move material to departments.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety compliance.
• Meet productivity, quality, and performance standards.
