Old World Industries is seeking a Forklift Operator in Phoenix, AZ to efficiently move materials and products inside the plant. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, load/unload goods, and help with inventory control and order picking.

The role requires a certified forklift operator license, valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs. Prior warehouse or forklift experience is preferred, and independence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Unload, stack, wrap, move, and stage materials using forklift
• Track inventory movements & assist other drivers as needed
• Assist with all shipping and receiving of product
• Identify damages and report quality deficiencies
• Inspect forklift and keep updated service records
• Maintain a safe warehouse and drive a safety-first culture
• Ensure good housekeeping and cleanliness throughout the facility
• Follow all warehouse policies and standard operating procedures
