Job summary

ID Logistics US in Ruskin, FL is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Operator to operate powered industrial equipment in a busy distribution center. You will load, unload, stock and stage products to ensure a safe, accurate and efficient workflow.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED with 3+ years of related experience, ability to pass post-hire assessments, and the capacity to obtain OSHA equipment certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3+ years of related experience and/or training.
• Must be able to successfully complete post-hire assessments.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain equipment certifications (e.g. OSHA).
• Must wear PPE appropriate for the work environment per safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products using powered industrial equipment; inspect and maintain equipment; comply with OSHA standards.
• Unload inbound shipments safely and move products to storage locations; stack and store in proper areas.
• Pull and prepare products for shipment with correct quantity and type.
• Move products from staging/storage into rail cars, trailers, or containers.
• Ensure inbound/outbound shipments are accurate and undamaged; report variances.
• Keep records to maintain tight inventory control and assist in physical inventories.
• Follow customer requirements to ensure load count, stability, and safety.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Transportation and Maintenance.
• Perform housekeeping; follow Good Manufacturing Practices; report unsafe conditions.
• Observe safety rules and participate in enforcing them.
• Other duties as assigned.
