Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking dependable sit-down forklift operators for dock operations in New Berlin, WI. This role focuses on material flow management and coordination with logistics teams, with hourly pay based on experience.

Responsibilities include staging inbound/outbound freight, loading trailers, and supporting general warehouse needs. Dress code and safety standards apply; benefits are available for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Successful performance on a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Test.

Responsibilities

• Manage material movement on shipping and receiving docks using sit-down forklift.
• Stage pallets in temporary areas and move completed orders to waiting trailers.
• Load trailers precisely and safely, optimizing space while following safety regs.
• Coordinate with dock supervisors and drivers for trailer drops and live loading timelines.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks using forklift as primary tool.
