Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC in Odessa, TX is hiring a warehouse associate to move products and materials in a production or warehouse setting using powered tools and vehicles. Typical schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.

The role requires forklift operation, basic warehouse experience, and forklift certification. You will load/unload trailers, transport materials, and ensure adherence to safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 0-3 years of general work experience required.
• 1+ years prior warehouse/stocking/forklift experience preferred.
• Forklift certification is required.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $18.08 to $21.95 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Responsible for moving product or materials in a production or warehouse environment using powered tools and vehicles.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
• Move product and/or materials manually as required.

Qualifications

• High School or GED preferred.

• Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment a plus.
• Ability to operator a manual/powered pallet jack or lift product.
• Demonstrated attention to detail. Forklift certification is required.
