Job summary

Hubbell Lenoir City is hiring a Forklift Driver for a 5:00 AM–3:30 PM shift, four days a week with overtime on Fridays and Saturdays. Eligible employees may receive a $1,000 retention bonus after 90 days. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), profit sharing, and paid vacation.

Background check and drug screening are required for all candidates. Candidates should have forklift experience, perform inspections, and handle bin filling and order retrieval.

• Possess forklift operating experience.
• Be able to perform Bin Filling tasks.
• Capable of retrieving customer orders.
• Collaborate effectively with team members.
• Possess strong communication skills.
• Be physically able to lift and inspect products manually when needed.
