Job summary

Kelly Services in Auburn, ME seeks a Fork Lift Operator to join our warehouse team. You will operate sit-down and counterbalance forklifts, load and unload trailers, and prepare orders with accuracy while ensuring safety.

We welcome candidates with varying levels of experience; prior forklift/material handling work is a plus. Day shift, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with competitive pay and eligibility for Kelly benefits, retirement plans, and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience preferred; loading/unloading trucks and pallet wrapping may be required.
• Ability to manually move boxes and lift up to 50–60 lbs.
• Preference for candidates with sit-down and high-reach forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down and counterbalance forklifts effectively.
• Load and unload trailers and containers.
• Move boxes between pallets and wrap pallets as needed.
• Perform quality checks and complete paperwork for each order.
• Assist with other dock-related tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
