Job summary

RRD Company in Wisconsin's Cudahy is seeking a forklift operator for the 1st shift. You will move finished product, supply manufacturing with materials, and stage shipments while following safety policies.

The role offers $16.50 to $18.00 per hour, with overtime as needed. Benefits include medical, dental, vision coverage, 401(k) with match, PTO, disability insurance, tuition assistance, and more.

Qualifications

• Must know forklift dimensions and load limits.
• Ability to judge doorway/aisle clearance for forklift movement.
• Experience navigating narrow spaces and ramps with forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Operates equipment to move finished product for shipping or storage.
• Supplies Manufacturing Department with materials as needed.
• Stages product to be moved or shipped.
• Racks unused supplies and maintains an inventory of type, amount and location of items.
• Transports and processes manufacturing paper by-products.
• Empties trash hoppers and performs other housekeeping duties as needed.
• Performs routine daily inspections on hoist and reports maintenance needs.
• May include battery service duties and lubrication of truck parts.
• May include changing LP/Propane.
• Adheres to safety policies including hazardous waste handling and lock out-tag out.
