Job summary

RETAL PA, LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. This role focuses on safe movement, storage, and handling of materials to support our supply chain operations.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of forklift experience operating sit-down forklifts, and experience in manufacturing, distribution, or food warehouse environments. Day or night shifts with four 10-hour shifts per week offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years forklift operating experience required.
• Experience operating a sit-down forklift required.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or food warehouse environments strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift to load, unload, stack, and move materials.
• Safely stack materials up to 6 pallets high.
• Load and receive materials from trailers.
• Perform inventory-related tasks including cycle counts and physical inventory.
• Complete shipping and loading documentation according to company procedures.
• Utilize the plant Warehouse Management System (WMS) / ERP system.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety guidelines.
• Report safety concerns or issues to supervisors promptly.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow all GMP, SOP, and company policies.
