Job summary

Maker's Pride in Grand Rapids, MI is hiring a Hilo Driver to store, move, and handle products in a GMP-focused manufacturing environment. This role requires reliable teamwork and adherence to safety policies, with potential weekend work as needed.

Shift options include 1st and 2nd, Monday–Friday, with overtime as required. Candidates must obtain forklift certification within 90 days and be able to operate stand-up and extended forklifts. Strong math and English literacy are important.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain forklift certification within 90 days.
• Ability to operate stand-up and extended forklifts.
• Sufficient math skills.
• Must read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory levels as directed.
• Feed lines with product as scheduled or directed by supervision or line leads.
• Ship and receive materials throughout duration of shift.
• Operate all equipment in a safe manner.
• Count, weigh, record numbers of units or materials moved or handled.
• Ensure product moved is identified and labeled correctly.
• Perform housekeeping to maintain 5S and keep work areas clean.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
