Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• Minimum 6 months of forklift experience with stand up, sit down, or reach truck.
• Must qualify for and pass forklift certification.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective customer service and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand up, sit down, and reach trucks safely and efficiently.
• Complete pre-operation inspection forms for equipment.
• Stack and store merchandise in designated areas.
• Unload inbound shipments and move products to storage locations.
• Pull and prepare products for shipment per requirements.
• Verify quantity and product type before loading and shipping.
• Perform order picking with accuracy and customer service focus.
• Move products from staging to trailers for outbound loads.
• Maintain inventory documentation and support cycle counts.
